I'm an operations leader based in Austin, TX with a track record of driving operational excellence and thriving in ambiguous environments. I've managed a multi-million dollar P&L, improved internal processes, and frequently serve as a subject-matter expert within organizations.
Most recently, I held various roles at Bird Rides, starting in local operations and then transitioning to the central Business Operations team. Previously, I co-founded Proffer, a bootstrapped virtual assistant company, and started my career in operations at Membersy, an early-stage startup.

Managed 7 key markets (~$3M ARR) in Bird's highest-revenue region, exceeding P&L forecast targets by 4%. Led a team of 9 Fleet Managers overseeing ~2,500 scooters. Used SQL and Excel for ad-hoc ROI analyses and represented Bird to city stakeholders and regulators on local policy matters.
