I'm an operations leader based in Austin, TX with a track record of driving operational excellence and thriving in ambiguous environments. I've managed a multi-million dollar P&L, improved internal processes, and frequently serve as a subject-matter expert within organizations.
Most recently, I held various roles at Bird Rides, starting in local operations and then transitioning to the central Business Operations team. Previously, I co-founded Proffer, a bootstrapped virtual assistant company, and started my career in operations at Membersy, an early-stage startup.
I'm at my best when solving ambiguous problems that sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. Outside of work, you can find me training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, growing plants, or listening to electronic music.
